This handbook Prographics designed for the H4+ Initiative explains the methodology that will enable countries to best assess their policies to plan for their health workers and position those workers to be a major tool to improve health systems on a country by country basis worldwide. The 106 page document is divided into three phases of action comprised of 12 modules with work pages featuring grids that can actually be used to record data and results. The typographical design includes an orderly combination of running text, bulleted lists and highlighted key questions that reinforce comprehension of the module content. Each phase also features a framework model specifically designed to track progress.
