Prographics’ interactive web version of UNFPA’s State of World Population 2017 discusses how differently reproductive health and rights are recognized, interpreted and enforced in today’s world. The web version of “World’s Apart” features the inventive use of commissioned, original, in-house produced art to introduce each section and illustrate the reality of medical treatment issues people from different wealth quintiles face. We also adapt and enhance print edition infographic elements, scatter graphs and bar graphs to a more animated navigable format, and minimize text to create a viewer friendly experience that easily translates across multiple languages and platforms.
